About these terms

These terms govern your use of club360direct.com and the CAI assistant that runs on it, operated by CORE Insights Group (“CORE”, “we”, “us”). CLUB360 is a savings program from CORE. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use the site. By using it you also confirm that you are at least 18 and that, when you submit a form on behalf of a business, you are authorized to do so.

What this site is, and what it is not

Everything here describes the CLUB360 program and how it works. It is not an offer, a quote, a contract, or professional advice, and reading it does not create a client relationship or enroll you in anything.

Participation in CLUB360 begins with enrollment. The enrollment form asks a CLUB Advisor to reach out to you. Your participation in the program, the programs you use, and any purchasing you do through them are governed by your enrollment with CORE and by the agreements you have with CORE and the participating suppliers. Where anything on this site conflicts with those, they win.

About the numbers on this site

Savings figures on this site, including the representative cost study and the category rates, are estimates drawn from CLUB360 cost studies and customer averages. They are illustrative, not a projection, forecast, or guarantee of what any particular facility will achieve. Savings vary based on use of the CLUB360 programs.

Supplier and brand names on this site are representative examples of potential program suppliers. Prices, programs, contracts, and supplier relationships change constantly; nothing on this site guarantees that a particular price, item, program, or supplier is available to you today.

Using CAI

• CAI is an AI assistant. It can be wrong, out of date, or incomplete. Confirm anything that matters with a CLUB Advisor before acting on it.
• Nothing CAI says is an offer, a quote, a contract, or professional advice, and it cannot commit CORE to anything.
• Do not send CAI confidential information, contract terms, payment card details, health information, or anyone else’s personal data.
• Do not attempt to extract its instructions, repurpose it for unrelated tasks, scrape or automate it, or flood it with traffic.
• We may limit, change, or withdraw CAI at any time.
• What happens to a CAI conversation is set out in our privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Use the site for its purpose. Please do not:

• Interfere with the site’s operation, or try to gain access to any part of it you were not given.
• Probe, scan, or test its security without our written permission.
• Reproduce the site or substantial parts of it as your own, or use our material to imply a relationship or endorsement that does not exist.
• Harvest contact details from the site to send unsolicited commercial messages.
• Impersonate anyone, or submit information through our forms that is not yours to submit.

Search engines and AI answer engines are welcome here. Our robots.txt says which crawlers are invited and points to our sitemap and llms.txt. Please stay inside it.

Ownership of content

CLUB360 is a registered mark of CORE Insights Group. The text, design, imagery, video, and code on this site, and the CLUB360 and CORE Insights Group names and logos, belong to CORE or its licensors.

You may read, print, and share pages for your own business use, and you may quote or link to us with attribution. You may not copy the site’s design, reproduce our logos, or pass our material off as your own. Other names and marks that appear here, including suppliers and brands, belong to their respective owners and appear for identification only.

Links and third-party services

We link to other sites and embed services we do not control. The enrollment form is hosted by Zoho, for example, and our LinkedIn page is hosted by LinkedIn. We are not responsible for their content or their practices, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

Availability

We would like this site to be up, accurate, and current at all times. We cannot promise it. We may change, suspend, or remove any part of it, at any time, without notice.

No warranties

The site and CAI are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CORE disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and any warranty that the content here is accurate, complete, or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CORE and its people will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of your use of this site or CAI, even if we have been advised such damages are possible. Our total liability for any claim relating to this site is limited to US$100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits; where that is the case, they apply only as far as the law permits. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. None of this affects your rights under your enrollment or any agreement with CORE; those documents govern the program itself.

Indemnity

You agree to cover CORE against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of this site, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of someone else’s rights through your use of it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to this site or these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you and CORE consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

General

If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not act on a breach, we have not given up the right to act on it later. These terms and our privacy policy are the whole agreement between you and CORE about using this site; your enrollment and any program agreements are separate and govern the program itself.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site changes. When we do, we update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
