Inside the programs
Five purchasing programs, one free enrollment, one CLUB Advisor.
CLUB360 is an exclusive cost-savings program from CORE Insights Group, a procurement consulting firm. It is organized as five purchasing programs for clubs and hospitality, one for each major area of spend. Each program works the same way: enterprise-level contract pricing on what your property already buys, with savings built in at the point of purchase.
How the five programs fit together
The five programs are five areas of spend. Under each heading sit the individual supplier contracts, more than 500 best-in-class programs across back-of-house and front-of-house spend. One free enrollment opens every program mapped to your industry, and one dedicated CLUB Advisor manages your savings across all of them, so the advisor who manages your savings in the kitchen also manages them for the office and the grounds.
- No cost to join, no membership fees
- Savings built in at the point of purchase, not rebates
- No paperwork, no compliance mandates, no forced volume commitments
Why your industry sees only some of the programs
The mapping is deliberate. Every industry sees Food & Beverage and Office & Administration. A resort or independently owned hotel adds Clubhouse, Pool & Fitness and Turf & Agronomy for landscaped grounds. A restaurant has no clubhouse, grounds, or pro shop to supply, so it sees those first two only. A private or public golf and country club uses all five. A yacht club adds Clubhouse, Pool & Fitness and Pro Shop & Retail for club merchandise, but not Turf & Agronomy.
How to read a program page
Each program page follows the same shape and states which industries it serves, so once you have read one you can read all five.
Where a page shows a savings rate, read it as an estimate drawn from CLUB360 cost studies, not a quote for your property. Savings vary based on use of the CLUB360 programs. Supplier and brand names are representative examples of potential program suppliers; your CLUB Advisor builds the actual plan around your current vendors and spend.
- How the program works: three steps, from the enrollment form to your CLUB Advisor mapping your spend
- Major benefits: the estimated savings for that area of spend, plus the terms shared by every program
- Suppliers & categories: the departments the program touches and the representative suppliers under each
- Other programs: the remaining four, so the rest of the facility is covered
What enrollment changes, and what it does not
Enrollment changes the price on the invoice. Once you have chosen the programs that fit, contracted pricing applies at the point of purchase, so the benefit shows on the next order rather than as a rebate check months later. That is the whole mechanism: group purchasing scale, applied one purchase at a time.
It does not change how you run the property. You are not required to switch suppliers to enroll; your CLUB Advisor recommends the most advantageous programs and leaves the decision with you. Enrollment is a short online form with no paperwork, and a CLUB Advisor will reach out within two business days.
Common questions
Why does a restaurant see only two of the five programs?
Because those are the two a restaurant can use. Food & Beverage covers the kitchen, bar, and dining room; Office & Administration covers the manager’s office and everyday purchasing. The other three serve a clubhouse, grounds, or a pro shop.
Can a resort or independently owned hotel use the Turf & Agronomy program?
Yes. Turf & Agronomy covers landscaped grounds maintenance and equipment, not only golf courses, so it is mapped to resorts and independently owned hotels as well as private and public golf and country clubs.
Does a yacht club get a retail program?
Yes. Pro Shop & Retail is mapped to golf and country clubs and to yacht clubs, covering apparel, footwear, accessories, and custom-logo gifts for club retail.
Does a golf and country club have to use all five programs?
No. A golf and country club is the one industry mapped to all five, but enrollment commits the club to none of them. Your CLUB Advisor recommends the most advantageous programs, and the club uses the ones that fit.
