Built for country clubs
One group purchasing program covers the course, the clubhouse, and the pro shop.
CLUB360 is an exclusive cost-savings program from CORE Insights Group, a procurement consulting firm. For a country club it works as a group purchasing program that reaches every department, from the golf course and the kitchen to the clubhouse, the pro shop, and the offices. Enterprise-level national contract pricing is built into what those departments already buy every day, so the club sees a lower cost of goods on the invoice.
There is no cost to join, no membership fees, no paperwork, no compliance mandates, and no forced volume commitments. You keep deciding what the club buys and from whom.
Who qualifies
Private and public golf and country clubs form one of the four industries CLUB360 serves, on the same terms as the other three. Country clubs are the only one of the four mapped to all five programs. The four peers are:
- Resorts and independently owned hotels
- Restaurants
- Private and public golf and country clubs
- Yacht clubs
All five programs, department by department
Each program, and the department it serves:
- Food & Beverage, for the kitchen, dining room, bar, and banquets: broadline food and supply, beverage and alcohol, tabletop and smallwares, and commercial kitchen equipment.
- Office & Administration, for the front desk and executive offices: office supplies, shipping, technology and communications, and HR services such as background checks and temporary labor.
- Clubhouse, Pool & Fitness, for the facilities team: pool, spa, and fitness supplies, outdoor furniture, uniform and linen rental, landscaping, cleaning services, facility maintenance, lighting, and paint.
- Turf & Agronomy, for the superintendent: chemicals and fertilizers, turf management, fairway and green mowers, course irrigation, golf carts, course accessories, engine parts, and rental equipment.
- Pro Shop & Retail, for the pro shop manager: bags, footwear, eyewear, headwear, men’s and women’s apparel, outerwear, custom-logo gifts, and scorecards and yardage books.
How the savings reach the invoice
The test of any purchasing program for country clubs is where the savings land. With CLUB360 they land on the invoice: pricing is price-to-property, applied at the point of purchase, so the lower cost of goods shows on the supplier invoice, not as a rebate check months later.
That pricing comes from enterprise-level national contracts with over 100,000 contracted items, controlled mark-ups, drop-size incentives, and multi-tiered pricing.
You also keep choosing your suppliers. There are no compliance mandates and no forced volume commitments, so the superintendent, the chef, and the pro shop manager each decide which of the recommended programs to use and which to skip.
What happens after you enroll
Enrollment is a short online form. A dedicated CLUB Advisor reaches out within two business days to review your needs and current vendors. To start an analysis, share a year-to-date AP vendor spend report with your CLUB Advisor. From there:
- Your spend is mapped to nationally contracted suppliers or equivalents.
- You receive a customized savings plan: the most advantageous programs, with contract options.
- Savings start immediately, at the point of purchase.
Common questions
Does CLUB360 cover the golf course, or only the clubhouse?
Both. Country clubs map to all five programs. Turf & Agronomy covers the course, from chemicals and fertilizers to mowers, irrigation, and golf carts, and the other four cover the kitchen, the offices, the member facilities, and the shop.
Can our superintendent keep the suppliers and equipment brands the course already relies on?
Nothing has to change. There are no compliance mandates and no forced volume commitments. Your CLUB Advisor maps what the course already buys to nationally contracted suppliers or equivalents and recommends the most advantageous programs; the superintendent decides which to use.
Does a public golf course qualify, or only private clubs?
Both. CLUB360 serves resorts and independently owned hotels, restaurants, private and public golf and country clubs, and yacht clubs on the same terms. A public course enrolls through the same online form.
Who at the club should be involved once we enroll?
Typically the general manager, the controller, the food and beverage director, the golf course superintendent, and the pro shop manager, since each owns part of the spend. None of them signs paperwork or is forced into a volume commitment.
