Group purchasing for restaurants
Lower cost of goods, built into the invoice rather than a rebate check.
CLUB360 is an exclusive cost-savings program from CORE Insights Group, a procurement consulting firm. For an operator, it is a restaurant purchasing program in the plainest sense: group purchasing, backed by enterprise-level national contracts, on what the kitchen, the bar, the dining room, and the manager’s office already buy. There is no cost to join and no membership fees.
The savings are priced in at the point of purchase, so a lower cost of goods shows up on the invoice itself instead of arriving months later as a rebate check.
Who qualifies
CLUB360 serves four industries: resorts and independently owned hotels, restaurants, private and public golf and country clubs, and yacht clubs. Independent and multi-unit restaurants join on the same terms, and with no forced volume commitments there is no spend level to promise.
The two programs a restaurant sees
Of the five CLUB360 programs, restaurants use two: Food & Beverage and Office & Administration. Food and beverage is the largest and most active area of savings in the program, which makes it the natural starting point for a restaurant.
- Food & Beverage, the kitchen: broadline food and supply, over 100,000 contracted items with controlled mark-ups, drop-size incentives, and multi-tiered pricing.
- Food & Beverage, the bar: a beverage and alcohol program with globally sourced wine, beer, and spirits.
- Food & Beverage, the line and the dining room: commercial kitchen equipment, smallwares, tabletop, and interior furnishings.
- Office & Administration, the manager’s office: office supplies and equipment, shipping, technology and communications, and administrative, professional, and financial services.
- Office & Administration, the staff side: HR services such as background checks, drug testing, and temporary labor.
How the savings reach the invoice
CLUB360 savings are price-to-property. The contracted price is built in at the point of purchase, so the benefit is visible on the invoice from the first order.
You keep choosing your suppliers. The programs are recommendations, and there are no compliance mandates.
What happens after you enroll
Enrollment is a short online form with no paperwork. A dedicated CLUB Advisor, a real person who learns your restaurant, reaches out within two business days to review your needs and your current vendors.
From there, your CLUB Advisor maps your spend to nationally contracted programs to identify savings and builds a customized savings plan: the most advantageous programs, best quality at the lowest price, with contract options. Benefits start at the point of purchase, and the same CLUB Advisor manages your savings from then on with white-glove support.
Common questions
Does a multi-unit restaurant group qualify for CLUB360?
Yes. Independent and multi-unit restaurants join on the same terms as the other three industries CLUB360 serves, and each location uses the programs that fit it.
Which CLUB360 programs does a restaurant use?
Two of the five: Food & Beverage for the kitchen, the bar, and the dining room, and Office & Administration for the manager’s office and the back office. The other three serve the club and resort industries.
Does a restaurant have to switch its food distributor to save?
Not necessarily. Your CLUB Advisor starts by reviewing your current vendors, then maps that spend to nationally contracted suppliers or their equivalents. Where a program fits, you use it; where your existing arrangement serves you better, you keep it. There are no compliance mandates.
How does CLUB360 lower a restaurant’s cost of goods?
Through enterprise-level national contracts on the food, beverage, supplies, and equipment a restaurant already buys. The contracted price is applied at the point of purchase, so the lower cost of goods appears on the invoice itself rather than as a rebate months later.
