For yacht clubs
Group purchasing that lowers the cost of goods from the dining room to the marina office.
CLUB360 is an exclusive cost-savings program from CORE Insights Group, a procurement consulting firm. A yacht club joins on the same terms as every other property in the program and sees the four programs that match the departments it runs: the dining room and bar, the marina office, the clubhouse, and the club store.
One of four industries, on identical terms
CLUB360 serves four industries as peers: resorts and independently owned hotels, restaurants, private and public golf and country clubs, and yacht clubs. The name says club; the contracts do not. The enterprise-level national contracts behind the program cover the categories every hospitality operation buys, and a yacht club buys the same ones.
The terms do not change by industry: no compliance mandates, no forced volume commitments, no paperwork. The buying volume is national; the decisions stay with the club.
Four programs, mapped to the departments you run
A yacht club sees the four CLUB360 programs mapped to the departments it runs. Here is what each one covers.
Food & Beverage reaches the waterfront dining room, the bar, the galley and the banquet calendar: broadline food and supply with over 100,000 contracted items, a beverage and alcohol program, and commercial kitchen equipment from refrigeration to ice machines. Office & Administration reaches the marina office: office supplies and equipment, shipping, technology and communications including two-way radios, and HR services such as background checks and temporary labor for the season.
Clubhouse, Pool & Fitness covers the club rooms and the grounds around them: pool, spa and fitness supplies; outdoor furniture for the deck, from lounge chairs to umbrellas and patio heaters; uniform and linen rental; landscaping; cleaning services; facility maintenance and snow removal. Pro Shop & Retail covers the club store: apparel, outerwear, headwear, eyewear and custom-logo gifts from recognized brands, at pricing that protects the margin.
How the savings reach the invoice
CLUB360 savings are price-to-property: the contracted price is built into what the supplier charges at the point of purchase, so the benefit shows on the invoice immediately rather than on a rebate check months later. There is no cost to join and no membership fee offsetting the lower cost of goods.
Supplier choice stays with the club: CLUB360 maps current spend to nationally contracted suppliers or equivalents, recommends the most advantageous programs, and the club chooses what to use.
What happens after you enroll
Enrollment is a short online form. A dedicated CLUB Advisor reaches out within two business days to review the club’s needs and current vendors; a year-to-date AP vendor spend report is how the analysis starts. The spend is then mapped to nationally contracted programs, the CLUB Advisor builds a customized savings plan with contract options, and the same person stays on to manage the savings.
Common questions
Which programs does a yacht club purchasing program include?
Four: Food & Beverage; Office & Administration; Clubhouse, Pool & Fitness; and Pro Shop & Retail. Each one is mapped to a department a yacht club already runs, from the waterfront dining room and the marina office to the clubhouse and the club store.
Does the marina office count as a department?
Yes. CLUB360 maps the marina office to Office & Administration, the program that covers a front desk or an executive office: supplies and equipment, shipping, technology and communications, and HR services such as background checks and temporary labor.
Our season is short. Is there a volume commitment?
No. There are no forced volume commitments, no compliance mandates, and no membership fee running through the off-season. Pricing is built in at the point of purchase, so a quiet month simply means a smaller invoice.
Can we keep the distributor that already delivers to the club?
Yes, if the club chooses to. The savings plan starts from the vendors the club already uses and maps that spend to nationally contracted suppliers or their equivalents. The CLUB Advisor recommends the most advantageous programs, with contract options, and the club chooses what to use.
