For resorts and hotels
A purchasing program that prices the whole property.
CLUB360 is an exclusive cost-savings program from CORE Insights Group, a procurement consulting firm. For a resort or an independently owned hotel, that means group purchasing on the supplies, equipment, and service programs the property already buys, across the kitchens and bars, housekeeping, engineering, the pool and spa, the grounds, and the front desk, priced through enterprise-level national contracts. The result is a lower cost of running the property, with no membership fees.
Who qualifies
Resorts and independently owned hotels are one of the four industries CLUB360 serves, alongside restaurants, private and public golf and country clubs, and yacht clubs. All four join the same program on the same terms.
Four programs, mapped to the departments a hotel runs
Four of the five CLUB360 programs apply to resorts and hotels; Pro Shop & Retail is mapped to country clubs and yacht clubs. A purchasing program for resorts and hotels only earns its place if it reaches the departments that actually place orders.
- Food & Beverage, for restaurants, bars, banquets, and in-room dining, the largest and most active area of savings: broadline food and supply with over 100,000 contracted items and controlled mark-ups, the beverage and alcohol program, tabletop, smallwares, and commercial kitchen equipment.
- Office & Administration, for the front desk, executive offices, and human resources: administrative, professional, and financial services, office supplies and equipment, shipping and logistics, technology and communications including two-way radios, and HR services.
- Clubhouse, Pool & Fitness, for housekeeping, engineering, and the pool, spa, and fitness center: pool, spa, and fitness supplies, outdoor furniture, fixtures, and equipment, uniform and linen rental, cleaning services, facility maintenance from elevators to fire safety systems, lighting, and paint.
- Turf & Agronomy, for landscaped grounds and, where the property has one, the golf course: chemicals and fertilizers, turf management, mowers, irrigation, golf carts, and rental equipment through national and regional turf programs.
How the savings reach the invoice
CLUB360 savings are price-to-property. The contracted price is built in at the point of purchase, so the benefit shows on the invoice itself, not as a rebate check months later. A controller sees it in the current period; a food and beverage director sees a lower cost of goods on this week’s invoices.
There is no cost to join, no membership fees, and no paperwork. CLUB360 maps your spend to nationally contracted suppliers or equivalents, and the savings plan recommends the most advantageous programs. You choose what to use: there are no compliance mandates and no forced volume commitments.
What happens after you enroll
Enrollment is a short online form. A dedicated CLUB Advisor reaches out within two business days to review your needs and current vendors. To start the analysis, share a year-to-date AP vendor spend report with your CLUB Advisor.
CLUB360 then maps that spend to nationally contracted programs, recommends the most advantageous ones, and builds a customized savings plan. Benefits start at the point of purchase, and the CLUB Advisor stays on, a real person who learns your facility and manages your savings.
Common questions
Does an independently owned hotel qualify, or only resorts?
Both. Resorts and independently owned hotels are one industry in CLUB360, on the same terms as restaurants, private and public golf and country clubs, and yacht clubs, with no cost to join and no membership fees.
Which CLUB360 programs does a resort or hotel see?
Four: Food & Beverage; Office & Administration; Clubhouse, Pool & Fitness; and Turf & Agronomy. Pro Shop & Retail is mapped to country clubs and yacht clubs, so it does not appear on this page.
We have landscaped grounds but no golf course. Does Turf & Agronomy apply?
Yes. The program covers golf course and landscaped grounds maintenance and equipment. Chemicals and fertilizers, turf management, mowers, irrigation, and rental equipment are in the program whether or not the property has a course.
What should a hotel controller have ready for the CLUB Advisor?
A year-to-date AP vendor spend report. The CLUB Advisor uses it to review your current vendors and map the property’s spend, from the kitchens to housekeeping to the front desk, to nationally contracted programs.
