Beyond golf
The Same Savings, for the Entire Property.
Resorts and independently owned hotels, restaurants, private and public golf and country clubs, and yacht clubs all run on the same supplies, equipment, and services CLUB360 already covers. No cost to join, no membership fees, and savings built in at the point of purchase.
Four industries
One purchasing program for clubs and hospitality.
CLUB360 is built around the property: one program from CORE Insights Group, a procurement consulting firm, open to resorts and independently owned hotels, restaurants, private and public golf and country clubs, and yacht clubs on the same terms. Each property sees only the programs that fit what it buys.
The same program, four kinds of property
CLUB360 organizes spend into five purchasing programs: Food & Beverage; Office & Administration; Clubhouse, Pool & Fitness; Turf & Agronomy; and Pro Shop & Retail. Each industry sees the programs that match its departments.
Resorts and independently owned hotels use Food & Beverage for restaurants, bars and banquets; Office & Administration for the front desk and management offices; Clubhouse, Pool & Fitness for the pool, spa and recreation; and Turf & Agronomy for landscaped grounds. Restaurants use two: Food & Beverage for the kitchen, bar and dining room, and Office & Administration for the manager’s office.
Private and public golf and country clubs are the one industry that uses all five, from the course to the pro shop. Yacht clubs use four: everything except Turf & Agronomy, with Office & Administration covering marina administration and Pro Shop & Retail covering club merchandise.
Why one program covers four kinds of property
Every one of the four properties is several businesses under one roof: a kitchen and bar, a back office, facilities to maintain, and often retail and grounds. CLUB360 organizes spend by those departments rather than by industry, so the same program reaches a hotel, a restaurant, a country club, and a yacht club.
The Food & Beverage program covers national broadline, beverage, smallwares and kitchen equipment, the largest and most active area of savings in the program, for every kitchen in the four industries. A hotel or a club adds Clubhouse, Pool & Fitness: pool, spa, fitness, furnishings, uniform and linen rental, cleaning and facility maintenance.
How the savings reach the invoice
CLUB360 savings are price-to-property, built in at the point of purchase. The lower price shows up on the invoice as soon as the program is in use, not months later as a rebate check.
The pricing comes from enterprise-level national contracts with controlled mark-ups, drop-size incentives and multi-tiered pricing. Your CLUB Advisor maps your current spend to nationally contracted suppliers, or equivalents, and recommends the most advantageous programs, best quality at the lowest price, with contract options. There are no compliance mandates and no forced volume commitments.

Common questions
Can an independent restaurant join CLUB360 without being attached to a club or a hotel?
Yes. Restaurants are one of the four industries CLUB360 serves, on the same terms as clubs and hotels. A restaurant sees Food & Beverage and Office & Administration, the two programs that fit its operation.
Does a resort need a golf course to use the Turf & Agronomy program?
No. The program covers golf course and landscaped grounds maintenance and equipment, so a resort with extensive grounds can use it without a course. A resort with no need for it leaves it out; there are no compliance mandates.
Which programs does a yacht club see?
Four: Food & Beverage for waterfront dining, Office & Administration for marina administration, Pro Shop & Retail for club merchandise, and Clubhouse, Pool & Fitness for the clubhouse and pool. Turf & Agronomy does not apply.
Are the terms different for hotels and restaurants than for clubs?
No. All four industries join the same program on the same terms. What differs is the plan: your CLUB Advisor recommends only the programs that fit your property.
